Premium Features

The premium Family Impact Pack is a one-time purchase of $8.99 AUD that provides access to:

• Scenario comparison tools
• Income Estimate Change Check
• EV novated lease CCS impact calculator

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Technical issues: The premium features do not work as advertised due to a technical problem on our end.
• Accidental purchase: You accidentally purchased the premium features and request a refund within 24 hours without using the features.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available if:

• You have already accessed and used the premium features
• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
• You are dissatisfied with the CCS estimate itself (our estimates are clearly marked as estimates only and may differ from actual entitlements)

Important Note

CCS Checker AU provides estimates only. Your actual Child Care Subsidy entitlement is determined by Services Australia and may differ from our calculations. We cannot issue refunds because your actual CCS amount differs from our estimate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email ccscheckerau@gmail.com with:

• Your payment confirmation email or transaction ID
• The reason for your refund request
• The email address used for purchase

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you have a valid consumer guarantee claim, please contact us.
