CCS Checker AU ("the Service") is an independent estimation tool that helps Australian families estimate their potential Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements for the 2025-26 financial year.

Important: This Service is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Services Australia, Centrelink, or the Australian Government. We are a private third-party service providing estimation tools only.

2. Estimates Only - No Guarantee

The calculations provided by this Service are estimates only based on publicly available CCS rules. Your actual subsidy entitlements may differ due to:

• Individual circumstances we cannot assess
• Changes to government policy
• Activity test assessments by Services Australia
• Special circumstances or exemptions
• Errors in the data you provide

We make no guarantee that the estimates provided will match your actual CCS entitlements. Always verify your entitlements through official channels (myGov, Centrelink, or your childcare provider).

3. Use of the Service

By using this Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Use the estimates for informational and planning purposes only
• Not rely solely on our estimates for financial decisions
• Verify official entitlements through Services Australia

4. Premium Features

Some features of the Service require payment. Premium features include scenario comparisons, the Income Estimate Change Check, and the EV novated lease CCS impact calculator. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on our estimates
• We are not liable for any discrepancies between our estimates and actual CCS amounts
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for premium features, if any

All content, design, and functionality of this Service are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
